Italian Penne Salad

Ingredients
1 16 oz. Box of Barilla Penne Pasta
1 Cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
1 whole cucumber peeled and chopped
1 14.5 oz. Can of Del Monte diced tomatoes
2 to 3 medium scallions chopped
1 6 oz. can fried onions

Instructions
1. Cook Barilla Penne Pasta according to package instructions.
2. Rinse with cold water and drain in a strainer. When cooled put in bowl and toss with Kraft Zesty Italian dressing and strained Del Monte diced tomatoes.
3. Add chopped cucumber, and chopped scallions. Toss until well combined.
4. Place mixture in a bowl to serve. Top liberally with fried onions. Garnish with fresh basil or fresh rosemary (optional).
5. Serve with Pepperidge Farm Hot & Crusty Italian Loaf Bread.
