A yummy side dish for a family lunch or dinner. This is a great recipe for practicing your measuring skills!
2 Cups Finely shredded cabbage
1 Cup Finely shredded carrot
1/3 Cup Light mayonnaise
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Onion powder
½ tsp Prepared mustard
1 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Lemon juice
½ Cup Grated cheddar cheese
½ Cup Raisins
Wash and shred the cabbage and carrot.
Mix together in a medium size bowl.
Combine light mayonnaise with salt, onion, powder, mustard, sugar, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
Add this dressing to the cabbage and carrot mixture and stir.
Add the cheese and raisins and stir to mix well.
